Week 17: AM Routine
For a decade my go-to morning routine involved catering to Le Pug’s needs which always revolved around food. The past week has been eerily quiet and called for a reframe of how I start the day. Although it feels empty and lonely, it’s nudging me to shift habits.
Numerous studies point to the importance of using a morning routine {or ritual, if you prefer} to set yourself up for success. Laura Vanderkam {interviewed multiple times on the podcast} even wrote an e-book, What Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast, and points out that waking up early and exercise is a top priority.
