Our brains are on overload from the moment we wake up until our heads hit the pillow. And for some, the mind continues throughout the night, unable to rest.
Unfortunately there isn’t a magic pill to get quiet. It takes effort and discipline.
Studies show that we have 50,000-70,000 thoughts a day and 90-95% are repetitive. No wonder we’re so tired!
