Featured Tranquilista/o:
I am the founder of Tranquil Space–named among the top 25 yoga studios in the world by Travel + Leisure, author of Hip Tranquil Chick, Tranquilista, and Tranquilologie, and hold a master’s in women’s studies and social work. When not bookstore browsing, you’ll find moi thrifting, practicing yoga on a leopard print mat, dreaming up new designs for TranquiliT, or leading retreats globally. With a passion for do-gooding, I co-launched Tranquil Space Foundation and am a cheerleader for animal rights. If you’re new to this journey, peruse my start here page.

Today we explore a question from Cornelia:
I’d be extremely interested in learning about how to build routines within an “unpredictable” lifestyle. What I mean is – how do you e.g. build a morning routine with Yoga and meditation or other sanity/tranquility-oriented routines when you e.g. travel a lot and often are in lots of different places with different time rhythms and demands?
