This four-week in-person series is designed exclusively for women navigating midlife, seeking emotional support, and desiring a space for reflection, connection, and growth.

I’m creating this salon because I know firsthand how transformative and complex midlife can be—a time of reinvention, shifting identities, and deep self-discovery. So often, women in this stage feel invisible, isolated, or uncertain about what’s next. I also believe that there is so much beauty, wisdom, and possibility to embrace in midlife!
