Shipping:

In an effort to be as eco-friendly as possible, each item is made for you locally and shipped via USPS Priority Mail in compostable packaging. Please allow two weeks (four to six for international orders) for the creation and delivery of your lavender-infused package. Please note that taxes, customs, and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Sizing

Our sizes run as follows: (0-2) X-Small, (4-6) Small, (8-10) Medium, (12-14) Large, (16-18) X-Large. For more details, visit our Size Chart.

Fabrics

Our luxurious eco-friendly organic cotton and rayon made from organic bamboo garments are machine washable in cold. Tumble dry low or dry flat for extra long enjoyment.

Customization

Yes, we can make customized sizes beyond our XS-XL options along with specific inseams, an alternative sleeve and hem length, and add or subtract pockets. Please note that all customized items are final sale and are not exchangeable or returnable.

3 Simple Steps for
Exchanges and Returns

  1. We guarantee your tranquility. If for any reason you are not in love with your order, please contact hello@kimberlywilson.com for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) within one week of receipt. Please note your order number and reason for return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed, or defective items. All sale and customized items are final sale, so they are not exchangeable or returnable.
  2. Insure your package for traceability, note your RAC on your receipt and return it to our headquarters:

  3. All purchases will be refunded the day we process your return. We process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Please allow one week for processing and one or two billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Refunds are for the purchase price, and do not include shipping and handling.
