monday evening was a treat as i got to sing along to krishna das at a local church. definitely not a typical monday night. after singing for a couple of hours, i began having visions of mcdonald’s french fries in my head. so during om namah shivaya, i turned to my friend and said, “let’s go get fries!” i topped the fries off with a hot fudge sundae and must confess that it was a lovely way to end the evening!

if you, too, enjoy chanting, bhagavan das is coming to tranquil space over thanksgiving weekend. he’s amazing (beastie boys helped produce his latest album) and i’ve never seen him live so this should be fun. we could go get french fries afterwards . . .
