this evening is tranquil space foundation‘s 3rd annual feature of lunafest: short films by, for, and about women. i’m over the moon about this year’s selection. i always come away inspired by what is shown during this short film fest. it’s also our annual spring fundraiser for tranquil space foundation and the breast cancer fund. plus we announce our 2011 grantees including nest, n street village, community bridges, and young women’s drumming empowerment project.
