*If possible, please do Module 1 from 12:45 pm ET to 1:45 pm ET so that you have plenty of time to regroup before we begin at 2 pm ET.

Module 2: Reflect & Module 3: Create

Streamed from my home in Washington, DC, the two-hour live virtual retreat includes inspiration, education, and the practices of journaling and creativity (MODULE 2: REFLECT & MODULE 3: CREATE).

We’ll be connecting via live-streaming video on Zoom and you’re welcome to keep your webcam on or off.

Please keep yourself muted during our gathering to ensure a tranquil experience for all. Feel free to say hello, share insights, and ask questions in our interactive chat section.

3. TDJ Lifestyle E-Course

Want to ignite a deeper relationship with yourself and the world? Want to reduce overwhelm? Me, too, and I have a roadmap to take this half-day retreat further.

Starting October 16, I’m offering the TDJ Lifestyle five-week e-course for the first time in two years and we start after the retreat. You’ll be guided through living the five TDJ Tenets (mindfulness, creativity, style, wellness, compassion) with practical tools, poetry, how-tos, and everyday examples.

The program offers five modules with 25 bite-sized videos to watch at your leisure, a gorgeous 65-page + workbook, email encouragement, a private group, and more.

Choose from the Classic or LUXE options. LUXE includes the virtual retreat, 4:30 pm ET live kickoff following our virtual retreat, additional bonuses, a live wrap-up event, and the first module releases on October 16.
