Tea sipping is a gift. The fragrance, taste, color, and temperature offer refreshing goodness to one’s palate.

Moving through your Monday, notice if you can truly savor something you’re doing—especially a routine act.

Look into the eyes of the person you’re speaking with {versus down at your smartphone}. Be present while walking your dog. Feel the shower’s water pulsating your skin. Notice the sound of chopping vegetables. Sip your favorite libation with immersion. Listen to music that brings you chills.

Mindful moments happen among the mundane. The every day. Find yours. Today. And tomorrow. And the next day. Bisous. x
