Considering what’s going on in the world right now, I wanted to offer a loving-kindness meditation (also called metta).

The practice is a focus on kindness, goodwill, and generosity. It helps us develop the mindset of “loving-acceptance” toward others and ourselves.

Find a quiet spot, settle into a chair or cozy space on the floor, and take five deep, cleansing breaths.
