Welcome
Thank you for taking time to turn inward and contemplate the new year! I’m delighted to host you through this journey. Each virtual retreat includes three modules—flow, reflect, create—with a fresh spin for the season. Below you’ll find everything you need to retreat.

1. Retreat Workbook
Download your PDF. Coterie loves, you have your own workbook. Inside you’ll find a checklist, resources, worksheets, and more!
2. Replay
Here’s your pre-recorded one-hour yoga and mindfulness video (Module 1: FLOW) to do before we gather. I recommend doing it from 12:45 pm ET to 1:45 pm ET so that you have plenty of time to regroup before we begin at 2 pm ET.
Streamed from my home in Washington, DC, the two-hour live virtual retreat includes inspiration, education, and the practices of journaling and creativity (MODULE 2: REFLECT & MODULE 3: CREATE).
We’ll be connecting via live-streaming video on Zoom and you’re welcome to keep your webcam on or off.
Please keep yourself muted during our gathering to ensure a tranquil experience for all. Feel free to say hello, share insights, and ask questions in our interactive chat section.
