Week 13: Take a Break

Last week we were blessed with a sunny nearly 70-degree day and I was cooped up in a windowless conference room all day. After biking home from the conference, I headed in to the house with a demand, “We must get outside now!”

I had an hour to spare before my next appointment and felt strongly it needed to be used wisely and intentionally.

Le Pug had taken a strong decline, so I was eager to connect with him and Le Beau while savoring a dose of sunshiny Vitamin D.
