Sunday night I launched a short Facebook Live video series to show how you, too, can eat plants on a budget and whip up tasty treats with ease. I mean, if I can do it, anyone can!

It’s no secret I’m a green smoothie fan (even Gizmo loves them) so I thought this would be the perfect place to start. They’re filling, nutritious, creamy, yummy, and oh-so-easy!
