Welcome to the 160th edition of tranquility du jour: a guide to bringing tranquility to your every day. Recorded from the Pink Palace in Washington, DC.

Today’s show menu features happenings and musings on unfolding your life vision with Jennifer Lee

Tranquilology Teleclass: Join moi for our next tranquilology teleclass “Fall Festivity” on September 21 at 9pm ET. $10. View petals from summer’s teleclass.

Tranquility Tip: Gather your magazines. Clip images and phrases that make you smile. Glue onto a file folder. Tie a ribbon around the folder. Carry inside your planner pad. Store notes, ideas, dreams, articles to read inside. Voila!

Workshops + Retreats: Living Your Yoga 4-week series and online creativity circle in September, annual Fall Foliage retreat to the hills of Virginia October 16-18, 10-year birthday bash on October 30. In 2010, consider the 4th annual Hip Tranquil Chick retreat March 26-28 and a week long sojourn to lush Costa Rica May 22-29. All the scoop is on my workshops page.

Featured Tranquilista: Jennifer Lee is the founder of Artizen Coaching and the creator of the portable vision board Unfolding Your Life Vision Kit and the Right-Brain Business Plan. As a certified coach, artist, author, speaker and yogini, she has empowered hundreds of professional and entrepreneurial women to awaken their inner muse and live life in full color.

Before pursuing her own passions full-time, Jennifer consulted for 10 years at companies including Gap and Accenture where she managed change and coached executives. She grew her private coaching business in her “spare time” for three years and decided to flee Corporate America in 2006 after realizing she needed to stop living her own dream “on-the-side.”

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA and an M.A. in Communication Management from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of CTI’s year-long leadership program. She is a featured coach in The Girl’s Guide To Kicking Your Career Into Gear and a featured artist in The Vision Board: The Secret to an Extraordinary Life.

Her faves: Coaching, painting, yoga, reading in her hammock, arts & crafts and anything sweet (especially her husband and her dog!). She blogs at Life Unfolds.
