Tranquil Tip: surround yourself with colors, textures, scents, and substances that soothe.

For me, it’s candles, flowers, tea, “petable” pillows and throws, soft seating, and clothing that feels good on my skin. Oh, and an occasional KeVita Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic in Turmeric Ginger (my latest obsession).
