These quarterly free online events allow us to connect live as a community to reflect and set intentions for the new season. Take this hour just for you. Learn eight tranquility tips. Play with your creative tools and push the pause button on your busy life. Connect with other tranquility-seekers around the globe.
Replay
The 75-minute replay will be available in 24 hours HERE for a $10 download. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Friends of the Koala.
To Prepare
Set aside 75 minutes. Print your colorful workbook PDF. Gather your creative supplies such as a journal, markers, washi tape, and pens. Wear something comfortable that stretches.
Optional: have your copy of Year of Tranquility or Tranquility du Jour Daybook within reach for note taking or creating inside.
